Can dogs hike in Mount Mansfield State Forest and Smugglers' Notch State Park?
Yes Yes. A leashed dog can use the trails.
Vermont state parks allow leashed dogs in the campground (not beaches or day-use areas), and the state forest trails through the Notch allow leashed dogs. not yet confirmed
